SF Blue Tech hosts both free and fee-based events.

use of third party online payment platforms

SF Blue Tech uses third party online event management and payment platforms, such as Stripe, Lu.ma, etc. These online platforms assess varying fees (usually a credit card processing fee and a platform fee), which immediately results in a charge to sf blue tech each time an approved guest makes a purchase/reservation.

Payment processing fees charged by these vendors generally start at 2.9% of product cost + .30 per transation and up.

refund policy

Except under special circumstances:

• sf blue tech happy hour events are non-refundable
• resulting fees from online event management and payment processing vendors are always non-refundable

In the special instance where we do refund a guest, please understand that sf blue tech is unable to refund online payment processing platforms fees.

“no-pitching” policy

We strive for solicitation-free conversations where guests are not pressured, and therefore reserve the right to refuse guests who do not adhere to a “no-pitching” policy.
