Boris Delepine is a government affairs and policy professional with over two decades of experience in San Francisco governance, having worked with the City since 1999.
As Government Affairs Manager at the Port of San Francisco, he leads federal, state and local legislative advocacy, grant strategy and supports external communication across a broad portfolio spanning maritime infrastructure, commercial leasing and blue economy development. Delepine works closely with numerous federal, state, and local agencies, and is a driving force behind the Port’s Blue Economy Initiative, positioning San Francisco as a magnet for the next generation of ocean-focused industries.
